Paddle Battles, Girls Just Wanna, Ball Busters, and more.
Overview
Beyond standard Open Play and clinics, the Lodge runs a rotating set of large-format events, most with an OPA instructor involved to some degree:
• Paddle Battles — a round-robin tournament where each division's winning team takes home free paddles. • Girls Just Wanna — a women's-only event combining 30 minutes of themed skill instruction with competitive play. • Ball Busters — an advanced-player event with organized instruction and competitive play against an OPA instructor, in a large-group format.
Newer formats being tested include Moneyball (NPL-style tournaments), Scramblers, and Gauntlet Games.
