Cancellations, Refunds & Weather Policy

What happens if you cancel — or the weather does it for you.

Overview

You can cancel indoor or outdoor reservations through the app for a full refund within these windows: Lessons and Court Reservations — 4 hours prior; Open Play — 1 hour prior. After the window closes, contact the front desk; the reservation is marked a No-Show, and No-Show fees apply to Court Reservations and Open Play (not Lessons, which stay as a No-Show without a fee so the instructor is still paid).

Why We Offer It

Understand refund windows before you book, and what your options are if you need to cancel late or weather interferes.

Who It's For

Any player booking a court, lesson, or Open Play session.

What To Expect

Outdoor weather cancellations: canceled 4+ hours ahead gets a full refund. Canceled less than 4 hours ahead, or interrupted by rain/thunder/lightning, gets a 50% Court Reserve credit (or 50% refund for Public Booking) if less than half the reserved time was used — no credit if more than half was played, and no refund if the court is moved indoors for the remainder.
