Overview
Weekend Warriors is a regional interclub pickleball league built around competition, club pride, team development, and road trips to facilities throughout the Ohio Valley. Players train with their home club, compete together as a team, defend their home courts, and travel to neighboring facilities throughout the season.
Each month generally includes 2 practice Saturdays and 2 match Saturdays (home or away). A match requires 12 players per club (6 women, 6 men) — 24 total — across 6 courts, split into two rounds: Round 1 is Gender Doubles (Women's and Men's, 3 courts each, 3 games per court = 18 points), Round 2 is Mixed Doubles (6 mixed teams, 3 games per court = 18 points). Every game won = 1 point; 36 points total per match, most points wins. Every match-day player competes in both rounds — 6 total games each, nobody just sits the bench.

Who It's For
Two DUPR-based divisions: 3.5+ (3.40–3.89 DUPR) and 4.0+ (3.90–4.49 DUPR), based on DUPR at registration. Each club rosters up to 18 players per division (9 per gender).
What To Expect
Season runs through December with playoffs in January. Away matches cost $20/player, paid to the host facility. Registration goes through your home club; league play is managed via GoodGamesSports and results report to DUPR. Each team should have a designated captain responsible for lineups and match-day coordination.
